HGTV's Ben and Erin Napier aim to redefine the perception of small-town life through their show, "Home Town." Focusing on Laurel, Mississippi, the couple renovates historic houses using reclaimed materials and vintage textiles.
Erin shared with Fox News Digital, "There are preconceived notions about small-town living, and we hope 'Home Town' challenges those ideas and inspires viewers to see the potential." She emphasized the diverse opportunities available, from running unique businesses to creating positive community impact.

The couple's 20-year journey began with a college yearbook photoshoot in 2004. Erin admitted to a prior crush on Ben, and their connection deepened rapidly. Within days, they were inseparable, meeting each other's families and expressing their love. Erin recounted Ben's proposal, just six days after their first meeting, in a heartfelt Instagram post, referencing his mother's advice about marrying someone you never want to stop talking to.

"Home Town," which premiered in 2016, showcases their dedication to revitalizing their community. The upcoming season promises exciting new developments, including a house demolition, a garden and greenhouse project, and the construction of a school. Balancing work and family life with their two daughters, Helen (6) and Mae (3), presents an ongoing challenge, but Erin cherishes the moments when Helen joins them at work, creating a fulfilling blend of professional and personal life.

Erin expressed her joy in having Helen on set and looks forward to including Mae when she's older. She shared a touching Instagram post expressing her gratitude for experiencing both motherhood and a fulfilling career.

The new season of "Home Town" premieres December 29th on HGTV.
