After initially being removed for allegedly containing "offensive content," Robby Starbuck's film "The War on Children" is once again available on Amazon Prime Video. The conservative activist celebrated the reinstatement, viewing it as a sign of growing conservative influence and a rejection of what he calls a liberal "censorship apparatus."

The film, which features prominent conservatives like Senator Rand Paul and OutKick’s Riley Gaines, explores topics such as the sexualization of children and concerns about gender dysphoria. Starbuck emphasizes the importance of the film's availability on a widely-used platform like Amazon Prime to reach a broader audience, particularly those who may not actively seek out political content. He believes this wide reach is precisely why the film was initially targeted for removal.

Starbuck maintains that the film contains no explicit material and was banned solely due to its challenge of prevailing narratives surrounding gender transition in children. He highlighted the film's inclusion of interviews with individuals who underwent early medical transitions and a mother whose daughter committed suicide while under the care of the state of California. These stories, he suggests, contributed to the pushback against the documentary.
While Amazon offered little explanation for the initial ban or its subsequent reversal, Starbuck speculates that a shift in the political climate, coupled with a growing public weariness of "wokeness," played a role. He suggests that figures within Big Tech, perhaps even including Jeff Bezos, are now more willing to distance themselves from previously embraced progressive ideologies. The reinstatement, he believes, followed a text message alert he received, prompting him to check the platform.
Despite the initial ban, Starbuck is now actively encouraging viewers to support the film on Amazon, hoping its increased visibility will lead to greater awareness and action on the issues presented. He sees this as an opportunity to engage a wider audience and mobilize support for protecting children.
