Fox News host Jesse Watters criticized the Hunter Biden investigation and the Democratic Party's reaction to the testimony of two IRS whistleblowers on his show, "Jesse Watters Primetime."
Watters highlighted what he perceived as a shift in the Democrats' stance on IRS agents, noting their previous support for expanding the agency and providing them with firearms, contrasting it with their critical questioning of the whistleblowers. He pointed out the seeming irony that one of the whistleblowers is both a Democrat and gay.
Watters emphasized the gravity of the whistleblowers' claims, suggesting that they were prepared to charge Hunter Biden with felonies but were allegedly prevented from accessing crucial evidence, including his laptop. He questioned the extent of the alleged financial improprieties, citing reports that ten members of the Biden family, including grandchildren, received $17 million from foreign sources. He further stated that IRS agents were allegedly restricted from interviewing Hunter Biden or any other family member, pursuing leads related to Joe Biden, executing search warrants, and bringing cases in certain jurisdictions. Watters also claimed that the Biden family was alerted whenever investigators attempted to take action.
Watters concluded by asserting that these alleged actions constitute obstruction of justice and that Attorney General Merrick Garland committed perjury when he testified to Congress that the investigation was not obstructed. He called for Garland's impeachment and urged the judge to reject the Hunter Biden plea deal in light of the new testimony.
