Singer Meghan Trainor recently opened up about her experience with Botox, expressing regret over having "too much" and revealing its impact on her ability to smile. On her podcast, "Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor," she shared her struggles with the procedure, stating that she can no longer smile fully and that her face hurts when she tries. Trainor explained that she was persuaded to try a "lip flip" – injecting filler above the upper lip – but the results weren't what she expected. She also mentioned having Botox in her forehead a few times previously.

Trainor's brother, Ryan, lightheartedly teased her about her restricted smile, which further amplified her concerns. She realized the impact of her smile, saying, "It taught me my smile does light up a room, and when it’s not there, it’s a dim light. I feel like I’m not happy because I can’t smile." The "lip flip" procedure involves injecting Botox into the mouth corners and lip edges, causing the upper lip muscles to relax and appear fuller. However, in Trainor's case, it hindered her ability to smile naturally.

Despite her negative experience with the "lip flip," Trainor expressed satisfaction with lip fillers she's received. She also revealed plans for a breast lift or "boob job" in the future. The mother of two explained that her breast size fluctuated after pregnancies, and she's been considering a lift since her teenage years. She emphasized that she loves her body and isn't seeking a significant size increase, but rather a lift to address sagging. "I'm going to have boobies that don't look at the floor," she quipped.
