Rogan dismissed concerns about Musk potentially misusing private information for personal gain, satirizing the notion that a man with Musk's wealth would resort to such tactics. "He has $400 billion," Rogan pointed out. "He's not going to steal your money."
Rogan suggested that government officials who have targeted Musk's businesses in the past might now regret their actions. He portrays Musk as a highly intelligent individual who, after experiencing pushback from government agencies, is now using his position to uncover corruption. Rogan humorously described Musk as a "psychopath on the spectrum" who is determined to expose wrongdoing within the government.

Senator Elizabeth Warren has called for investigations into Tesla, citing concerns about potential misappropriation of resources and conflicts of interest related to Musk's roles at Tesla and X (formerly Twitter). Additionally, the Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against SpaceX, alleging discriminatory hiring practices against asylees and refugees.
