Federal authorities have apprehended and charged a Texas man with producing child pornography. Christopher Lynn Driskill, 48, previously unidentified and listed on the FBI's most wanted list as John Doe 49, is accused of creating the illicit material between 2017 and 2024. The identification and subsequent arrest unfolded after disturbing videos surfaced on the dark web, depicting the sexual assault of a prepubescent boy. Distinctive tattoos visible in the videos played a crucial role in identifying Driskill. These included the word "DABBY" on his chest, the number "197x" on his left bicep, the phrase "CAST NO STONES" on his left forearm, and a Texas flag shaped like a head on his right forearm.

In a previous incident, a former partner reported to the Coleman Police Department that Driskill had admitted to molesting a child and recording the act. However, at the time, the child did not corroborate the allegations, and Driskill denied the accusations, attributing them to a bitter breakup. Lacking further evidence, authorities closed the case. Interestingly, during that interview, police recorded footage that clearly displayed Driskill's distinctive tattoos – "CAST NO STONES" on his left forearm, a "1975" tattoo on his left bicep, and a portion of the Texas flag tattoo on his right forearm. These images, uploaded to an FBI database, proved instrumental in connecting Driskill to the dark web videos.

The FBI used social media to match the tattoos from the video to Driskill's online profiles. His profile picture also bore a resemblance to the perpetrator in the child sexual abuse material. This digital trail led investigators to Driskill's residence in Coleman, Texas, where he lived with his parents. The Coleman Police Department, now aware of the FBI investigation, reviewed the footage from their prior interview and confirmed a match between Driskill's face and tattoos and the man in the dark web videos. Driskill faces a potential sentence of up to 30 years in federal prison if convicted.
