The actress began her Instagram Story with a selfie featuring one of her children, followed by a picture of her beloved cat, Nellie Baby. She then showcased her close bond with fellow actress Jennie Garth, referring to her as "My BFF" alongside a twin emoji.
Spelling also shared several photos of her five children with McDermott, including a touching image of two of her daughters whom she described as "my gorgeous strong and kind girls."
