Undocumented Immigrant Accused of Kidnapping, Organ Harvesting Threat

In a chilling Christmas Eve incident, a 22-year-old Texas woman was kidnapped at gunpoint by a 35-year-old undocumented immigrant, Eduardo Javier Ordonez Godoy. Godoy allegedly forced the woman into her car as she left for work early Christmas Eve morning in Haltom City. He then made her withdraw money from an ATM and drove her to Grapevine, Texas, where he tied her to a tree with her shoelaces.

According to Haltom City Police Sergeant Rick Alexander, Godoy threatened to force the woman into prostitution or sell her organs. The victim managed to escape and seek help from a nearby resident. She was thankfully unharmed physically.

Oklahoma City police located the victim's stolen vehicle less than a day later and apprehended Godoy. Police noted Godoy appeared to show little remorse for his actions, even seeming to take pride in the ordeal. He reportedly "smirked" and "giggled" while confessing, claiming he was a "thief" motivated by money.

Reports indicate that Godoy has a history of similar offenses and had previously been deported. He is allegedly affiliated with a violent gang in his home country. He is now facing multiple charges in Oklahoma, including unauthorized use of a vehicle, possessing stolen property, and illegal firearm possession. In Texas, he faces first-degree felony charges for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery. Godoy is currently detained at the Oklahoma County Detention Center with an ICE detainer due to his immigration status.
