The Biden administration has repeatedly touted its transparency, yet a Fox News Digital investigation reveals a significant omission: Hunter Biden's numerous visits to the White House, along with those of other family members, are absent from official visitor logs. These logs, reviewed through February 2023, fail to account for over a dozen visits by the president's son, including what appear to be extended stays.
A Fox News Digital review pieced together Hunter Biden's presence at the White House from various news reports. These visits, many occurring in 2022, encompassed events like the Easter Egg Roll, a Medal of Freedom ceremony, a state dinner, the Christmas tree lighting, and even his daughter's wedding. Despite the public nature of these occasions, none are reflected in the official records.

This omission raises questions, especially considering Hunter Biden's past efforts to leverage such White House events for personal financial gain during the Obama era. Previous reports indicate that he and a business partner coordinated with White House staff to invite potential clients and associates to official functions.
The White House justifies the omissions by citing a policy that exempts "purely personal guests" of the First and Second Families from disclosure. However, this policy contrasts with the Obama administration's practice, which, while not fully comprehensive, did include records of over 70 visits by Biden family members, including Hunter Biden, his daughters, ex-wife, and other relatives. Currently, several Biden family members, including the president’s brothers, daughter, and granddaughters, are also missing from the logs.

Speculation about Hunter Biden's presence at the White House intensified between March and June 2023, with reports suggesting he may be residing there full-time. While unconfirmed, his frequent appearances have fueled these rumors.

Hunter Biden's attendance at a recent state dinner for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi drew particular attention due to its timing, just hours after the House Ways and Means Committee revealed an IRS whistleblower's account of a potentially compromising WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to a Chinese business associate.
The issue of White House visitor logs extends beyond the Biden family. A recent analysis by Bloomberg highlighted inconsistencies and missing names in the records, raising broader concerns about the logs' accuracy and completeness. For example, the analysis found that former White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain reported only six visitors over two years, a surprisingly low number given his position.

Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding visitors to President Biden's Delaware residences has drawn scrutiny, particularly in light of ongoing investigations into his son's foreign business dealings. Despite requests for visitor logs, the White House maintains that such records are not kept for private residences.

These omissions and inconsistencies raise questions about the Biden administration's commitment to transparency, particularly as investigations into Hunter Biden's business activities and the president's handling of classified documents continue.
