Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of country music star Wynonna Judd, was arrested in October in Albemarle County, Virginia, and is facing seven charges. Albemarle County Police Department confirmed the arrest to Fox News Digital, detailing the incident involving a stolen church van and trailer.
Kelley faces three felony grand larceny charges related to the stolen vehicle. Authorities also charged her with driving without a license, property destruction with intent, failure to use headlights, and setting a vehicle in motion with the intent to commit a crime. This is Kelley's third arrest in recent months.

The incident occurred on October 27, 2024, when police responded to a stolen vehicle report. After locating the vehicle, officers conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested Kelley. She is currently being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.

Despite the theft, the church whose van was stolen has publicly forgiven Kelley. Pastor Kent Hart expressed hope for community support in replacing the vehicle and emphasized the church's focus on forgiveness rather than retribution.

These charges follow Kelley's August arrest in Georgia for fleeing an officer, driving with a suspended license, and improper motorcycle equipment use. She was released on bond at that time. Earlier this year, in April, Kelley was arrested in Alabama for indecent exposure and soliciting prostitution after an incident at a highway intersection.

In 2017, Kelley pleaded guilty to methamphetamine-related charges and served a portion of an eight-year sentence before being granted early release and parole. Wynonna Judd has not yet publicly commented on her daughter's recent arrest.
