Former NFL quarterback Carson Wentz recently crossed off a major item on his bucket list: hunting a black bear in Alaska. During his time as a free agent, Wentz has been focusing on his passion for the outdoors, documented on the "Wentz Bros Outdoors" YouTube channel he runs with his brother, Zach. The brothers also share their hunting adventures on Instagram, where Carson revealed his Alaskan triumph.

Wentz proudly shared photos of himself with the bear he hunted using a bow and arrow, calling the experience "incredible" and describing Alaska as one of his new favorite places. His Instagram post also included stunning images of the Alaskan wilderness.

While the Wentz brothers' YouTube channel hasn't seen new content since December, their Instagram account boasts over 65,000 followers, showcasing their consistent engagement with their hunting pursuits. Their YouTube channel also has a dedicated following of over 10,000 subscribers.
Wentz's last stint in the NFL was with the Washington Commanders, where he played seven games before a finger fracture sidelined him. He was subsequently released in February. He joins other football players who've embraced hunting during the offseason, such as Derek Wolfe, who made headlines for hunting a mountain lion in Colorado.
