Two Delaware brothers with long-standing connections to the Biden family recently contributed over $30,000 to President Biden's reelection campaign and associated fundraising committee. This contribution follows a 2016 meeting where Hunter Biden introduced them to a Chinese business associate with links to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Robert and Christopher Buccini, co-presidents of the real estate firm Buccini/Pollin Group, each donated $6,600 to the Biden campaign in July and $10,000 to the Biden Victory Fund in June, according to Federal Election Commission records. The brothers have personal ties to the President, having spent considerable time with the Biden sons during their upbringing, as Christopher Buccini shared with local media in 2021.

The connection to the CCP-linked associate, Bo Zhang, founder of Harves Group, stems from a 2016 meeting at the Buccini/Pollin Group's Delaware offices. Emails from Hunter Biden's laptop, verified by Fox News Digital, confirm this meeting involved Hunter Biden, Zhang, and Hunter's business partner Eric Schwerin. Subsequent emails reveal further communication involving a PowerPoint presentation titled "Shenzhen Project Info" and a document offering background on Harves Century Group, both shared by Schwerin with Hunter and the Buccini brothers.

Previous Fox News Digital reporting highlighted Hunter Biden's role in introducing Zhang to DuPont executive George Duko for a potential business partnership. Furthermore, a 2015 email from former Biden aide Fran Person to Hunter Biden described Zhang as being "groomed to take over his family's dynasty" and emphasized his family's significant influence in China. The email noted Zhang's father-in-law's position as Governor of Hainan and the family's ownership of Harves Century Group, a prominent Chinese real estate development firm.

Zhang's connections to high-ranking CCP officials have been documented, including a 2013 FARA filing identifying his relationship with Liu Guoqiang, a vice chairman of the Liaoning Committee of the CPPCC, a significant component of China's "United Front" operations. The Buccini brothers have not responded to requests for comment on this matter.
