This yearly event, held since 1997, sees fans pack the stands in festive costumes, remaining completely silent until the Trojans net their 10th point.
This year, the silence was short-lived. Just 90 seconds into the game against Moody Bible Institute, junior Nate Paarlberg delivered a thunderous dunk, securing the Trojans' 10th point and unleashing a torrent of celebratory noise from the crowd. As is customary, a media timeout was called to allow the court-storming fans to return to their seats and avoid a technical foul.
The game continued with the Trojans dominating, eventually winning 107-59. This victory adds to their impressive "Silent Night" game record, which now stands at 26-1. The evening concluded with another cherished tradition: the crowd joining arm-in-arm to sing "Silent Night" in the final minute of play.
