Former President Donald Trump has revealed his latest ambassadorial nominations via social media, concurrently issuing a cautionary message to Senate Republicans regarding potential agreements with Democrats. Trump first nominated Herschel Walker, a staunch supporter and former Georgia Senate candidate, for the role of U.S. ambassador to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Trump praised Walker's extensive service to the nation, highlighting his work with youth, military personnel, and athletes. He also acknowledged Walker's business accomplishments, philanthropic endeavors, and athletic achievements, including his Heisman Trophy and NFL career. Trump further emphasized Walker's contributions during his first term as co-chair of the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, his visits to military installations globally to address mental health stigma, and his participation in the 1992 Winter Olympics as a member of the U.S. bobsled team.

Following Walker's nomination, Trump announced Nicole McGraw as his choice for U.S. ambassador to Croatia. He described McGraw as a philanthropist, businesswoman, and globally recognized art collector, highlighting her leadership in CANVAS Art Charities and her fundraising efforts for underprivileged and abused children as a board member of Place of Hope. Trump also mentioned McGraw's academic background in art history and studio art from Southern Methodist University.

Concluding his announcements, Trump cautioned Senate Republicans against collaborating with Democrats to expedite nominations in the current congressional session. He asserted his significant electoral victory and declared his intention to appoint highly qualified individuals in January upon his inauguration.
